Join us at the Hat Factory for a historical discussion about the relationship between Britain and the Indian sub-continent.

Dating back to the 1600s, t
he talk will discuss Britain's presence in India and the purpose of their rule. It will also examine the defining features of partition including ethnicity, religious groups and look at the current situation regarding Indians in Britain.

Panel Chair: Dr Fatima Rajina
Dr Rajina, PhD from the University of London with focus on Bangladeshi Muslims and culture.
